Registration is mandatory for speakers, delegates and students presenting papers/posters.
Registration cannot be transferred.
Provide us your updated email id & mobile number (Preferred WhatsApp Number). As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons
Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure.
Only 1 registration per UTR / Demand Draft would be accepted, if there are multiple registrations in 1 transfer, it would be considered as Trade Registration and fees would apply accordingly.
Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deem fit.

Requests for cancellation for refunds must be made in writing through e-mail : telemedicon2026@gmail.com
50% refund, if cancelled before 31st August, 2026.
No refund, if cancelled after 31st August, 2026.
Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference.
At present, rates are inclusive of GST.
